I’m Mahir (he/him), an Exercise Physiologist and Registered Dietitian offering virtual coaching and guidance nationwide.
With over a decade in the field, I support clients of all backgrounds in building sustainable, science-based fitness and nutrition habits tailored to their unique goals and lived experiences.
