Hi there! I’m Mahir Ahmed MS RDN., and I am a strength coach and a Registered Dietitian with degrees in both Exercise Science and Nutrition. With over 10 years of experience as an exercise professional and 5 years as a nutrition specialist, I have had the privilege of working with diverse populations across all ages, backgrounds, and goals.

I’m especially passionate about empowering individuals to build sustainable fitness and nutrition habits, whether they’re aiming to improve body composition, enhance athletic performance, prepare for competitions, or simply lead a healthier lifestyle.
